The Main thing is Battery Life very good Battery Case Awesome because it can charge these Axgio earbuds back and forth for several days . Sound is excellent and the seal is great . Fit is very good but make sure you use the correct ear tip for your ears . Axgio Atom is a fine dual mini bluetooth with a good bluetooth connection .
Small earbuds, but they sound great, and the charging case is a huge highlight as well!Date: 2017-06-20
I have reviewed a lot of true wireless earbuds (for my YouTube Channel), and I must say that these are definitely a pair that I could recommend to my friends and family. Let's be clear, these are not for everyone, but if you are looking for great sounding pair of headphones that are also truly wireless, and you want them primarily for casual listening, then these could be for you. I wouldn't necessarily recommend these for the gym, but for a walk, mowing the lawn, studying, or other casual listening they are great. I've been using them for right around 2 weeks now, and here are my thoughts thus far: Pros: + The sound quality: I've seen other reviewers complain about the lack of bass, but I would disagree. I'm guessing that they didn't use the correct ear tips for their ear size, because in my opinion these have an excellent sound, which actually leans just a little on the low end (bass). I listen to all styles of music and podcasts, and the listening experience is excellent in each of those. + The case: The case is of course a case for the earbuds that also charges them, but it can also be used as a power bank for your phone if you are in a pinch and need a little extra juice. It only has a 2100 mAH battery, so it won't give most devices a full charge, but it could be the little extra that you need. The case also gives the earbuds up to 18 full charges... that's definitely more than most true wireless earbud cases will offer. + For the most part they are comfortable to wear. The earbuds are very small and lightweight, and fit nicely in my ear. As long as you don't mind in-ear earbuds, then these will be just fine to wear for the entirety of the battery life if you want. + The connection: It is rare to find a pair of true wireless earbuds that never disconnect, but in all of my usage (which is quite a bit), I can't think of one time that these have become disconnected without me purposely trying to get them to disconnect from each other. This tends to be a negative of many true wireless earbuds, but not for the Axgio Atoms. + The sound quality for phone calls isn't too bad for the person on the other end. They will pick up a lot of background noise (if it exists), so a quiet environment will be needed if you don't wan't the person on the other end to hear everything going on around you. Cons: - They don't have the most solid build quality. These are plastic all around. A metal casing would be nicer, but may cause the Bluetooth range to diminish. - The battery life is around 3 hours of music playback. This is honestly pretty impressive for how small they are, but still 3 hours is on the shorter end of what I would prefer. - Don't lose the charging case because then you have earbuds that are pretty useless.
I do really like them, but I have noticed not sure why ...Date: 2017-03-18
I do really like them, but I have noticed not sure why but during the day the right bud cuts in and out, but the left is good. During the night I have no problem with them cutting in and out. I do walk the same route during the day and at night, so not really sure why day vs. night is any different, but I must say it gets really annoying with the right bud cutting in and out. Update: This company has gone out of their way to make sure that I have a good product. For that I have updated to 5 stars, and look forward to have a product that works well. They have done what they needed to make sure that I was wanted and needed as a customer. I really do appreciate that. I will give another update on the new ear buds when I get them and try them out. I really do like the earbuds now that I have had them for a good two months. Update: So far I have not received the new ear buds that they said that they would replace mine with. I still have the original ones, and again will stick with my original post with an update. I have been using them everyday for a good hour overall. The right bud does not seem to work all of the time, and it really does not matter as to what time of day it is happening. I do get better overall reception at night than the day. But again it is very spotty and frustrating that it does not work like the left one does. Something is wrong but when it does work they are great to wear and to use. Maybe you will have better luck than I.
I have tried many wireless earbuds and I like these the best. For the money I like the small size of earbuds and the convenience of the charger and being completely wireless. Sound quality is pretty good and I've had no problems with connectivity.
I was unsure at first because it looked broken at first. But these things turned out to be great. The battery last longer than advertised. And i use it for about 2-3 hours normally anyways. I actually only listen to music in 1 ear. So for me they never run out of power. I use 1 at work and switch it out for the other every break, and let 1 charge while i use the other. And you don't have to rebind or anything. Just hold the botton, put it in and go. Very nice Though they can be a bit uncomfortable. Its not to bad if you find a nice spot. Its a trade off One important note. When i received it. The glue holding the aluminum casing to the device had come loose and wount stay on. I was disappointed but it was an easy fix. Sratch up the inside of the aluminum and reglue it with some type of glue. I used epoxy. But a generous amount of super glue could do. Make sure you have a towel and clean up the glue that squeezes out
I REALLY wanted these to work. These are just like the Rowkin ones, which I bought at the same time, and are shown in the pictures. The price was good, compared to the Rowkin product, but aside from not maintaining a steady Bluetooth connection, one of the Axgio earbuds failed after the first day. But I would have returned them, even if they had kept functioning because the connectivity was a deal breaker. While in my ears, the buds could not even remain consistently connected to each other, which meant that the audio in the right ear would frequently drop out for a few seconds. It is very jarring for that to happen. Worse, the left earbud would not remain reliably connected to my phone. It was really bad when it was in my pocket, but it was even a problem with the phone a few feet in front of my head while working out on the elliptical at the gym. This is such an amazingly good idea. I hate that it didn't work. Perhaps antennas small enough to fit in the earbuds are just not yet up to the task.
I really like this product. Sound is decent. I just wish the battery would last a full 8 hour work day. I have to use the smallest size of the ear bud tips to fit in my ear and they still tend to slip out. If you're hitting the gym or doing any active activity, your ears will tend to get a little sweaty and cause them to keep slipping out. I found I had to keep whipping my ears to put them back in.
Truly happy with my purchase, besides some minor shortfalls the liberty/quality these earbuds provide makes them worth buying.Date: 2016-12-11
Considering the technology and price these earbuds are great. I have used these used these earbuds for more than a month and can honestly say these are well worth the money. Starting with the sound as you can expect they are not the best. Comparing these earbuds to wired earbuds of the same price is like comparing apples to oranges(I say this to put these into my perspective when I purchased them). The sound quality is equivalent to that of 30 to 40 dollars earbuds. I did notice a difference in volume going from my Galaxy S7 to an Iphone 7(the Iphone was significantly louder). I also noticed when watching videos on my GS7 there was a slight delay in sound, meanwhile on the Iphone 7 I have not noticed any delay. As far as pairing, the initial pairing is quite easy and subsequent pairings are effortless. The connection I think is the only complaint that I would have made these a 5 star product. Since I use these to run when my phone is in my pocket they seem to loose connection (briefly under 1 second) which causes the audio the skip. I have figured out how to minimize this by placing my phone on the same side as the primary earpiece, or using an arm band. . The case is excellent and make the earbuds snap in magnetically and provide with plenty of recharge capacity. I also love that the case can also charge my phone. The battery life is great, I have used them for a little over 2 hours at max volume. In summary for the price of these earbuds they are awesome I really love the freedom these earbuds provide, specially when working out in the gym or doing anything with my hands These earbuds have some short falls but you cannot expect these to be the best headphones when they cost half the price of their competitors and about the same as some wired Bluetooth earbuds. I'm truly happy with my purchase.
The best Bluetooth headphones I've ever owned or used.Date: 2016-12-03
Hands down, these are the best wireless bluetooth headphones I've ever used. I've owned about 3 or 4 different kinds of wireless earbuds before buying these. These don't have any of the issues that I've had with other wireless earbuds. They are exactly what I wanted from wireless earbuds when I first started searching for them a few years ago. These are really similar to the rowkin mini earbud that I had before, but the signal strength and battery life are so much better. What's more, there are two of them instead of one. Many of the wireless earbuds that I've had in the past had trouble with dropping the signal when getting any distance at all from my phone. Even putting my phone in my pocket would cause them to cut out. These earbuds rarely ever experience any loss of signal. On the rare occasion that there is signal loss, only one earbud will cut out while the other will keep playing. So you never experience any loss of audio. I've even been on a phone call where my phone was under a pillow and I was in another room with the door shut. The battery life of the earbuds themselves seem to last aroundound 3 or 4 hours of play time. As for the portable charger/phone power bank, I have never ran out of power with it yet. I charge it once or twice a week whenever it seems convenient. So far it has never ran out of battery. Even when I have used it to charge my phone as well. Pros: They are small, portable, have a strong signal, no loss of audio, great sound, loud volume, long battery life, they fit and stay in your ear well, they have a good microphone, they can play or pause using the earbud without the need to unpocket the phone, and they come with a magnetic portable charger that acts as battery bank for your phone as well as your earbuds. Cons: The portable charger borders on being too large to be comfortable in your pocket every day. You can use the left earbud without the right, but not the other way around. It would be really awesome if you could use them one at a time so that you could use one while the other charged and never run out of power.
Had the Rowkins but ended up sending them back to KEEP these instead. It's unbelievable that at half the price of Rowkins, these buds outperform them by a country mile. The Rowkins' bluetooth signal consistently go out whereas these maintain a solid bluetooth signal. Glad I came across these!
Earbuds stopped charging after the 2nd day of having them, tried everything still no function. Unsatisfied customer👎 Other than that the quality of sound was great, unfortunately I'm $75 dollars short. Keep up the good work hopefully they can work on the product more to reduce these type of issues.
Okay, i have hadd A LOT of bluetooth earphone from the smaller wire only to the neck bands with large battery. I just got these yesterday and these have better distance than my jbirds,. I can have my phone plugged in the living room. Walk across the livingroom, thru the kitchen and around double wall into the bedroom and around again into the masterbath. I cant close the doors , but still. Most others i had when good cut off as you hit the bath. I can make it down the 25 feet bath and step in closet with these. So yes, i am impressed. I havent tried a phone call yet but i can do "okay google" in soft talking voice so mic is picking up fine. So far listening to books on tape i am getting more than 2 hours out of one bud at 75%. Tried some music, sounded good. I could turn it up pretty load. It sounded fine maxed out but it isnt going to thump on base. Dont really care. I am impressed overall. I dont think youre going to get much better without making it really heavier than it is. Not sure id like the tradoff Hooking up is a bit complicted and instructions look like they repeat themselves. Just be aware it is walking you thru each earbud. That is why it reads like like. Swapping on the go is easy. Turn one off put it up and turn other one on. Going single to stereo is just as easy. I was a little nervous buying them. They were cheaper than rowkin but rowkin came out far ahead of this. Wasnt sure if this would be a cheap knockoff or more like a second gen improving a little off where Rowkin might have tripped. I havent tried the Rowkin. But id say this is either a duplicate or they 2.1 it. I edge tward the second reading about rowkin. I dont tend to write reviews. This see med worth it. Id buy again. Hopefully the durability is good though and i wont have to. Enjoy if you do.
This bluetooth set is awesome! I mean just wow. Anyone who's complaining is just nit picking, because the sound quality (with a proper seal) is amazing. The battery, I wasn't expecting a long battery life because it's so small, but I got about 5 hours of heavy use out of 1 of them at 50% volume before having to swap it out for the other, and pairing them both works well for stereo listening, and worked without much issue. I've been using them for days now and haven't had to charge the base since the fist charge. If you're on the fence about getting these, just buy em, they're a little pricier but we'll worth the money!
